Section Text

(1) A Coast Guard Court may be convened by the Central Government or the Director-General or by any officer empowered in this behalf by warrant of the Director-General (here after in this Act referred to as the convening authority).

(2) A warrant issued under sub-section (1) may contain such restrictions reservations or conditions as the Director-General may think fit.
