Section Text

Adaptation of Indian Laws) Order, 1937 and the Adaptation of Laws Order, 1950. [State Government] from time to time, by notification to that effect published in the 33. Words subs. by the Government of India (Adaptation of Indian Laws) Order, 1937. [Official Gazette], to declare that the provisions of this Act shall apply to any navigable channel in such notification ; and from and after such publication the provisions of this Act shall apply to, and be in force as regards, such navigable channel 44. Portion of Sec.2 repealed by Act 1 of 1903. ***.
