Authority . - ( 1 ) If, anreceipt of the report of any inquiry held under section 41 or otherwise, the Central Government is satisfiedthatit is necessary so t o do in the public interest , the Central Govemnant may, by notification in *fce--Qfficial Gazette* authorise any parsed t o take owe^f jrwi. the Authority, and, so long.as thatnafeiftcatic * i* in force, t o administer in accordance with such directions as may be issued from time t o time by that Goys^ne** * ushpart of t he undertaking of t he Authority as may !»especified in the notification , and any person so authorised may, for the purpose of administering the saidpart of the undertaking, exerciseall or any. of the powers of the Authority or of any officer of the Authority issue such direction * aa he thinks fitto the officers or servants of the Authority and employ any outside agency..
