Cantonments Act, 1924 Section 277

¹[(1)] Where an appeal from an order made by the²[Board] has been disposed of by the District Magistrate,³[either party to the proceedings] may, wilhin thirty days from the date thereof, apply, through the⁴[Officer Commanding-in-Chief, the Command], to the⁵[Central Government], or to such authority as the⁶⁰[Central Government] may appoint in this behalf, for a revision of the decision.

¹[(2)] The provisions of this Chapter with respect to appeals shall apply, as far as may be, to applications for revision made under this section.
