Subject: Notice under s. 80 of the Code of Civil Procedure
Please take notice that my client (state here name, description and address) will institute a suit against the Union of India, owning and administering the aforesaid Railways in a court of competent jurisdiction, after expiry of two months after service of this notice unless reliefs claimed herein below are granted to my client within the said period of two months. The relevant facts constituting the cause of action and reliefs claimed are as follows:
1.
