Retirement, superannuation, though the word 'retirement' may take within its fold all or any kind of retirement when the same is used in the context of 'superannuation' or retirement by way of superannuation, in service parlance the well-settled meaning is that it has relevance and relates to discharge from a post on account of the age fixed for such retirement, uniformly for all or a particular class or category of service-holders, R.N. Rajannra v. State of Karnataka, (2004) 1 SCC 249 (251)....
Regularly
Regularly, the word 'regularly' in clause (b) of s. 12(3) has a significance of its own. It enjoins a payment or tender characterised by reasonable punctuality, that is to say, one made at regular times or intervals. The regularity contemplated may not be a punctuality, of clock-like precision and exactitude, but it must reasonably conform with substantial proximity to the sequence of times or intervals at which the rent falls due, Mranalini B. Shah v. Bapalal Mohanlal Shah, AIR 1980 SC 954 (956): (1980) 4 SCC 251. [Bombay Rents, Hotel and Lodging House Rates Contral Act, 1947, s. 12(3)(b)](ii) The word 'regularly' to mean payment of rent in a uniform and consistent manner without any breach or default. The legislature never contemplated that a single default could be condoned. This inference is fortified by the words 'without sufficient cause'. A correct interpretation of the plain language and the words and phrases used in cl. (ii) of s. 9(1) of the Act seems that the word 'regular' ...

Retrenchment compensation
Retrenchment compensation, 'retrenchment com-pensation' is not a retirement benefit at all. Material resources of the community
Material resources of the community, The expression 'material resources of the community' does not mean that the ownership of the resource must already vest in the State. The distribution envisaged by Article 39 (b) necessarily takes within its stride the transformation of wealth from private ownership into public ownership by nationalisation. Hence the expression 'material resources of the community' is not confined to natural resources; it is not confined to resources owned by the public; it means and includes all resources, natural and man-made, public and private-owned, Sanjeev Coke Manufacturing Company v. M/s. Bharat Coking Coal Limited, AIR 1983 SC 239 (251): (1983) 1 SCC 147: (1983) 1 SCR 1000.
