Definition :

Shelter home, means a home or a drop-in-centre set up under s. 37. [Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2000 (56 of 2000), s. 2(u)]

Means any shelter home as may be notified by the State Government to be a shelter home for the purpose of this Act. [Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, s. 2(t)]
