Morgan India Pvt.Limited -for brevity's sake referred to as JFIBL) is a member of the National Stock Exchange and registered as a broker with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (hereinafter referred to as "SEBI"). The "SEBI" ordered an investigation into the buying, selling or dealing in the shares of State Bank of India (hereinafter referred to as "SBI") during the period May to October 1996, by various intermediaries including JFIBL.2.
