The facts, legal issues involved and the relief sought in the above mentioned three OAs being similar and the learned Counsel for the parties having agreed, these OAs are being heard and disposed of by this common order. For the sake of convenience, the case file relating to OA No. 529/1994, G.K. Gandhi and Ors. v. Union of India and Ors., is being utilised as the reference file.2. Applicants in this Original Application filed under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 have prayed for the following reliefs: (i) Quash and set aside the impugned order No. EC/839/12/Vol. 17 dated 26.11.1993 (Annexure A/3) as illegal and void.
