This is an appeal under Section 15 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 against the order dated 06.06.2007 passed by the District Forum, Nainital in consumer complaint No. 61 of 2006, whereby the District Forum has partly allowed the consumer complaint and directed the opposite parties appellants to pay jointly or severally a sum of Rs. 34,745/- to the complainant together with interest @9% p.a. from the date of filing of the consumer complaint till payment and Rs. 1,500/- towards litigation expenses. 2. Briefly stated, the facts of the case as mentioned in the consumer complaint, are that the complainant is a timber merchant. This revision petition under Section 17(1)(b) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 has been preferred against the order dated 20.06.2013 passed by the District Forum, Tehri Garhwal in consumer complaint No. 01 of 2013, whereby the District Forum has dismissed the application dated 22.04.2013 Paper No. 15C/1 (Paper No. 19) moved by the revisionists for recalling the order to proceed the consumer complaint ex-parte against the revisionists. 2.
