Hon'ble Mr George Paracken, Judicial Member The applicants in this case are similarly placed as the applicant in OA 84/09 which has been disposed of today. The directions given by this Tribunal in the said OA will equally apply in this OA also. It is noticed that applicants in this case have not made any representation after they have become eligible for promotion to the post of Assistant Foreman (AE). Shri T C G Swamy, appearing on their behalf has submitted that they will be making their individual representations within two weeks from today. On receipt of the same, the respondents shall consider them and take a decision on the same in accordance with the rules under intimation to them. With the aforesaid directions, the OA is disposed of. There shall be no orders as to costs....
