Oral Judgment : Petitioners who are claiming to be beneficiaries of Shree Gujarati Mochi Gnyati Navnat Trust registered with Charity Commissioner, under the provisions of Bombay Public Trust Act, 1950, by this trust petition seeks sanction of the amendment of the scheme which was sanctioned by this Court (hereinafter referred to as the said trust).
