The power and jurisdiction of the High Court in an application under Section 19(4) of the Family Court Act, 1984 against the judgment and order of the Family Court disposing of the application for maintenance under Section 125, Cr.P.C., 1973 is akin to revisional jurisdiction of the High Court under Section 401 read with Section 397 of the Cr.P.C.2.
