1. Heard on admission. Challenge put-forth in the present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is to an order dated 29.10.2009/11.11.2009 (Annexure P-4) whereby the petitioner has been issued with a charge-sheet, whereby the petitioner has been charged of financial embezzlement of Rs.3,84,700/- and of an act unbecoming of a government servant, violating Rule 3 (1) (i), (ii), (iii) and Rule 3 (2) (ii) of Madhya Pradesh Civil Services (Conduct) Rules, 1965 (hereinafter shall be referred to as Conduct Rules of 1965). The petitioner, who is a Patwari of Revenue Circle Bahoriband, Patwari Halka No.23/38 of Village Udaipur, by way of the instant petition has assailed the legal validity of order dated 10.7.2006 passed by the Sub Divisional Officer, Sihora by which the petitioner's services as Patwari have been terminated and order dated 16.10.2007 passed by the Collector dismissing his appeal. 2.
