Dixit, J.1. This is an application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issue of a suitable writ or a direction to the State of Madhya Bharat to forbear from acting in any manner by virtue of or under the Indian Arms Act, 1878 and for an order to the District Magistrate restraining him from enforcing a notice, directing the petitioner to deposit certain arms in his possession with the officer in charge of the police station in Laxmi Ganj Lashkar.2.
