All the applicants in the present O.A., approached this Tribunal seeking for a declaration that the action of the respondents in not regularising and absorbing the services of the applicants on regular basis by creating regular posts and not granting them regular scales of pay and not extending the benefit of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India reported in AIR 1995 SC 1617 and further judgment of the Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi in O.A. No. 1217/97 dated 16.12.1997 is totally illegal and without jurisdiction and consequently to direct the respondents to regularise and absorb the applicants with all consequential benefits, such as, granting them regular scales of pay etc.2.
