23. 01-2012 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners being the brothers of the husband are apprehending their arrest in a case registered under Sections 302, 201/34 and 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. It is alleged that the marriage was performed in the year 1999 but subsequently the accused persons killed the victim on 15.07.2011 and the informant came to know about the occurrence on 07.08.2011 when the complaint was filed on 08.08.2011 which was subsequently registered as a police case. It is submitted that during investigation the case has been converted into police case and registered under Section 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code and the petitioners are separate from the husband. Considering the fact that initial accusation was found Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1845 of 2012 (2) dt.23-01-2012 2/2 suspicious by the police during investigation, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing the bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Bakhri P.S. Case No. 195/2011 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J.) Amrendra
