25. 01-2012 Petitioners being uncle and his wife and cousin of the husband are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences under Sections 498A, 328, 304B/34 of the I.P.C. Accusation is of killing the victim by administering poison for non-fulfilment of dowry demand. It is submitted that husband has been acquitted vide Sessions Trial No. 85 of 2011 when informant and others did not support the accusation. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners namely 1. Haricharan Singh 2. Laxmina Devi @ Kunti Devi 3. Lalan Singh 4.
