.....offences under sections 498a, 328, 304b/34 of the i.p.c. accusation is of killing the victim by administering poison for non-fulfilment of dowry demand. it is submitted that husband has been acquitted vide sessions trial no. 85 of 2011 when informant and others did not support the accusation. considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners namely 1. haricharan singh 2. laxmina devi @ kunti devi 3. lalan singh 4. sri kant singh, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned patna high court cr.misc. no.2434 of 2012 (2) dt.25-01-2012 chief judicial magistrate, saran in connection with baniapur p.s. case no. 98 of 2010. consecutive three defaults by the petitioners during trial will give liberty to learned trial court to cancel the bail of the petitioners. 25. 01-2012 Petitioners being uncle and his wife and cousin of the husband are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences under Sections 498A, 328, 304B/34 of the I.P.C. Accusation is of killing the victim by administering poison for non-fulfilment of dowry demand. It is submitted that husband has been acquitted vide Sessions Trial No. 85 of 2011 when informant and others did not support the accusation. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners namely 1. Haricharan Singh 2. Laxmina Devi @ Kunti Devi 3. Lalan Singh 4. Sri Kant Singh, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
