.....in a case registered for the offences under sections 341, 324, 323, 504/34 of the i.p.c. and section 3(1)(v) of the s.c. & s.t.(prevention of atrocities) act. accusation is of abusing by calling caste name. it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that informant has subsequently retracted from initial version and filed a petition to that effect before learned court below. considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners namely 1. asgar shah 2. rustam shah, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction patna high court cr.misc. no.2537 of 2012 (2) dt.25-01-2012 of learned chief judicial magistrate, araria in connection with araria p.s. case no. 129 of 2011. 25. 01-2012 Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences under Sections 341, 324, 323, 504/34 of the I.P.C. and Section 3(1)(V) of the S.C. & S.T.(Prevention of Atrocities) Act. Accusation is of abusing by calling caste name. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that informant has subsequently retracted from initial version and filed a petition to that effect before learned Court below. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners namely 1. Asgar Shah 2.
