.....heard. this is a petition for regular bail for the offence under section 498a/34 of the indian penal code. the petitioner is the husband. there is allegation of demand of dowry and subjecting cruelty. earlier his bail bond has been cancelled as he has not kept the victim with full dignity and honour. hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of chief judicial magistrate, patna in connection with gardanibag p. s. case no. 170 of 2010, subject to the condition that the petitioner will appear in this case each and every date fixed by the court below. however, the victim, if so 2 advised, may file a petition for maintenance under section 125 of the cr. p. c. any absence of the petitioner will be subject to the satisfaction of the court below on reasonable grounds. kundan (gopal prasad, j.)

This is a petition for regular bail for the offence under Section 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is the husband. There is allegation of demand of dowry and subjecting cruelty. Earlier his bail bond has been cancelled as he has not kept the victim with full dignity and honour. Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Gardanibag P. S. Case No. 170 of 2010, subject to the condition that the petitioner will appear in this case each and every date fixed by the court below.
