In support thereof, he has annexed a copy of the death certificate. It is stated that the funereal was performed by his minor son and for the final rites, he is required to be present. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the appellant abovenamed be released on provisional bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge II, Nalanda at Biharsharif in Sessions Trial No 85 of 2006/1036 of 2006 for a period of one week from the date of his release whereupon he is required to surrender in the Court below and file a surrender certificate on affidavit in this Court. 2 Patna High Court CR.
