.....his mother who died on 18.01.2012. in support thereof, he has annexed a copy of the death certificate. it is stated that the funereal was performed by his minor son and for the final rites, he is required to be present. considering the aforesaid fact, let the appellant abovenamed be released on provisional bail on his furnishing bonds of rs 20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of additional sessions judge ii, nalanda at biharsharif in sessions trial no 85 of 2006/1036 of 2006 for a period of one week from the date of his release whereupon he is required to surrender in the court below and file a surrender certificate on affidavit in this court. 2 patna high court cr. app (db) no.869 of 2010 (7) dt.25-01-20 2/2 one of the bailors would be the wife of the appellant and the other would be mukesh kumar, son of sidheshwar prasad who is said to be the nephew of the appellant who has sworn the affidavit in support of this provisional bail. i a no 154 of 2012 stands disposed of. 25. 01-2012 I A No 154 of 2012 By this IA, prayer for provisional bail has been made on behalf of the sole appellant on the ground that he is required to perform the last rites of his mother who died on 18.01.2012. In support thereof, he has annexed a copy of the death certificate. It is stated that the funereal was performed by his minor son and for the final rites, he is required to be present. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the appellant abovenamed be released on provisional bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge II, Nalanda at Biharsharif in Sessions Trial No 85 of 2006/1036 of 2006 for a period of one week from the date of his release whereupon he is required to surrender in the Court below and file a surrender certificate on affidavit in this Court. 2 Patna High Court CR.
