.....the same in the account of the o.p. no. 2 by second week of every month. o.p. no. 2 accepts the offer and undertakes to supply the bank account number within a period of two weeks by filing the same on affidavit before learned court below. the aforesaid payment will be subject to any order being passed in matrimonial or maintenance proceeding. considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner namely arjun mishra @ arjun kumar mishra, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail, on furnishing bail bond of rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned chief judicial magistrate, shaikhpura in connection with korma p.s. case no. 50 of 2010. three consecutive defaults in payment will give liberty to the informant to file appropriate application for cancellation of bail of the petitioner. shageer ( dinesh kumar singh, j)

IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Criminal Miscellaneous No.33148 of 2011 Arjun Mishra @ Arjun Kumar Mishra Versus The State Of Bihar ---------------------------------- 04. 19.01.2012 Petitioner being husband is apprehending his arrest in a case registered under Sections 323, 498A, 307 of the I.P.C. and Section of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Though petitioner is not present as he works outside State, but learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the stand of the petitioner is that he is ready to keep the informant as wife with full dignity and honour, however O.P. No. 2 being informant is present but she is not inclined to resume the conjugal life since she is apprehensive due to the past conduct of the petitioner. In the circumstance, petitioner is ready to pay Rs. 2000/- to the O.P. No. 2 from March, 2012 by depositing the same in the account of the O.P. No. 2 by second week of every month. O.P. No. 2 accepts the offer and undertakes to supply the bank account number within a period of two weeks by filing the same on affidavit before learned Court below. The aforesaid payment will be subject to any order being passed in matrimonial or maintenance proceeding. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner namely Arjun Mishra @ Arjun Kumar Mishra, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Shaikhpura in connection with Korma P.S.
