24. 01-2012 Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences under Sections 457, 380/34 of the I.P.C. Accusation is of entering into the house and committing theft. It is alleged that one Surendra Chauhan who talked by the theft mobile of Pramila Devi, during course of talk, named the petitioner and others. A statement has been made in para 11 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the suspicious nature of accusation, particularly the fact that telephonic version has not been verified, let the petitioner namely Pramod Chaudhary @ Pramod, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Salaiya P.S.
