.....p.s. case no.26 of 2011 for the offences punishable under sections 304(b), 201 and 120(b)/34 of the indian penal code. taking into consideration the submission of learned counsel that for the alleged occurrence the fir has been instituted not by the family members but by the chaukidar alleging dowry death and that the charge-sheet has been submitted under section 306 of the indian penal code and the fact that the family members of the deceased were present at the time of cremation which fact has come during the course of investigation, let the petitioner, namely, sonelal choudhary be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned chief judicial magistrate, khagaria in connection with beldour p.s. case no.26 of 2011 (g.r. no.507 of 2011). 24. 01-2012 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Beldour P.S. Case No.26 of 2011 for the offences punishable under sections 304(B), 201 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Taking into consideration the submission of learned counsel that for the alleged occurrence the FIR has been instituted not by the family members but by the Chaukidar alleging dowry death and that the charge-sheet has been submitted under section 306 of the Indian Penal Code and the fact that the family members of the deceased were present at the time of cremation which fact has come during the course of investigation, let the petitioner, namely, Sonelal Choudhary be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Beldour P.S.
