IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Criminal Miscellaneous No.299 of 2012 Sk. Sahadat Versus The State Of Bihar ---------------------------------- 02. 17.01.2012 The application is for bail in a case of misuse. Initially the case was instituted under Sections 3/5 of the Explosive Substances Act, when petitioner was granted bail. The bail bond of the petitioner was cancelled on 31.03.2004. Petitioner is languishing in custody since 21.05.2011. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner will appear on each and every date before the Trial Court. Considering the aforesaid undertaking, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge, F.T.C.-1, Araria in connection with Sessions Trial No. 451 of 1994, arising out of Kursakanta P.S.
