.....sections 414 of the indian penal code. earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was refused vide order dated 09.03.2011 passed in cr. misc. no. 36430/2010. liberty was granted to renew the prayer before the trial court. after 18 months of his detention he has unsuccessfully renewed. considering the facts and circumstances of the case, and period of detention, let the above-named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of sum of rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of sri d. kumar, judicial magistrate, saharsa, in patna high court cr.misc. no.803 of 2012 (2) dt.18-01-2012 connection with saur bazar p.s. case no. 52/2010, g.r. no. 202/2010, one of the bailors must be of government servant/local representative. subject to condition to attend the court regularly till disposal of the case, in the event of failure on two consecutive dates, without any reasonable explanation, the privilege granted shall be deemed to be cancelled. 18. 01-2012 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. This application has been filed for the grant of regular bail of the petitioner who has been made an accused in connection with Saur Bazar P.S. Case No. 52/2010, G.R. No. 202/2010 for offences under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was refused vide order dated 09.03.2011 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36430/2010. Liberty was granted to renew the prayer before the trial court. After 18 months of his detention he has unsuccessfully renewed. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, and period of detention, let the above-named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of sum of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri D. Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa, in Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.803 of 2012 (2) dt.18-01-2012 connection with Saur Bazar P.S. Case No. 52/2010, G.R.
