CORAM:HONBLEMR.JUSTICENARENDRANATHTIWARI ForthePetitioner : Mr.RiteshKumarBobby,Advocate FortheState : J.C.toG.P.III 07/10.01.2013: The petitioner has prayed for a direction on the respondentstopayhisarrearsofsalaryfromthedateofjoining hispostasParaTeacher. The petitioner claimed that he joined Primary School, Jariabagi,DeoriBlock,GiridihasParaTeacheron1st April,2005 andsincethenhehasbeencontinuouslyrenderinghisservices inthesaidschool.All along he markedhis attendanceinthe attendance register of the school. The school was, thereafter, upgradedandthepetitioner'sservicewasalsoapprovedinthe upgradedschoolwitheffectfrom10th April,2008.Thepetitioner dischargedhisdutytotheutmostsatisfactionoftheconcerned authorities,butononeortheotherpretext,thepetitioner'ssalary wasnotpaid.Thepetitionermaderepeatedrequestsandfiled representations,butthesamewerenotheededupon. The respondents opposed this writ petition by filing their counter affidavit.
