(oral). honourable mr. justice s.d. anand, member (j): the learned counsel for the applicant states that interest of justice would be served if a direction is issued to the respondents to take a view on the representation filed by the applicant, within a time bound frame. he announces the restriction of the claim applied for to that extent. 2. notice. 3. mr. deepak agnihotri, advocate, accepts notice on behalf of respondents no.1 and 2. mr. dharinder shukla, advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondents no.3 and 4. mr. b.b.sharma, advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondent no.5. 4. the learned counsel for the respondents have no objection to the disposal of the o.a in the requested manner. 5. the o.a shall stand disposed of, accordingly, with a direction to respondent no.2 to take a view on the representation dated 16.10.2011 ( annexure a-6 ) filed by the applicant within six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is presented in its office. 6. disposed of accordingly.

The learned counsel for the applicant states that interest of justice would be served if a direction is issued to the respondents to take a view on the representation filed by the applicant, within a time bound frame. He announces the restriction of the claim applied for to that extent.

3. Mr. Deepak Agnihotri, Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 and 2. Mr. Dharinder Shukla, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.3 and 4. Mr. B.B.Sharma, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.5.

4. The learned counsel for the respondents have no objection to the disposal of the O.A in the requested manner.

5. The O.A shall stand disposed of, accordingly, with a direction to Respondent no.2 to take a view on the representation dated 16.10.2011 ( Annexure A-6 ) filed by the applicant within six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is presented in its office.
