p.k. rastogi we have passed interim orders in petitions no.86/2011, 87/2011 and 92/2011. for the reasons stated therein, herein also we direct that the petitioner shall deposit the principal amount and 50% of the amount of interest calculated in terms of the agreement entered into by and between the parties. the said amount should be deposited with the respondent within one week from date. subject to the aforementioned, the respondent shall not disconnect the bpo/pois of the petitioner.

We have passed interim orders in Petitions No.86/2011, 87/2011 and 92/2011.

For the reasons stated therein, herein also we direct that the petitioner shall deposit the principal amount and 50% of the amount of interest calculated in terms of the agreement entered into by and between the parties. The said amount should be deposited with the respondent within one week from date.

Subject to the aforementioned, the respondent shall not disconnect the BPO/POIs of the petitioner.
