Judgment:
Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider petitioner's representation dated 14.12.2011.
O R D E R
1. This Writ Petition is filed praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider petitioner's representation dated 14.12.2011.
2. Mr.R.Vijayakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.
3. The land acquisition G.O., has been set aside and the petitioner prays no objection certificate to put up construction. In this regard petitioner has made representation dated 14.12.2011 to the third respondent. The writ petition is filed to dispose of the said representation.
4. Learned Additional Government Pleader states that the authority will consider the representation of the petitioner on its own merits.
5. In view of the limited prayer sought for and the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, without going into the merits of the case of the petitioner, the third respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.12.2011 on its own merits and in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. The Writ Petition is disposed of as above. No costs.
