[mr. vikramajit sen; b.v.nagarathna , jj.] these writ appeals are filed u/s 4 of the karnataka high court act praying to set aside the order passed in the writ petition no. 5608-5626/2012(s-res) dated 28/02/2012.1. learned counsel for the respondents draws attention to the prayers in the writ petition, which is to the effect that the respondents be directed to pay to the petitioners gratuity in terms of the decision of the full bench in n.s. srinivasamurthy and others vs. the registrar of co-operative societies in karnataka and others [ilr 2003 kar 4858], together with interest at the rate of 12% p.a., because of belated payment. learned counsel for respondent no.3 states that a decision shall be taken in this regard, within six weeks from today. ordered accordingly.2. the appeals are disposed of in these terms.

Judgment:


1. Learned counsel for the respondents draws attention to the prayers in the writ petition, which is to the effect that the respondents be directed to pay to the petitioners Gratuity in terms of the decision of the Full Bench in N.S. Srinivasamurthy and Others Vs. The Registrar of Co-operative Societies in Karnataka and Others [ILR 2003 KAR 4858], together with interest at the rate of 12% p.a., because of belated payment. Learned counsel for Respondent No.3 states that a decision shall be taken in this regard, within six weeks from today. Ordered accordingly.

2. The appeals are disposed of in these terms.
