1. For the reasons to be recorded later on, this application is partly allowed with a view to enable the petitioner to approach the appropriate Court for anticipatory bail or regular bail in the State of Maharashtra. It is directed that the petitioner shall not be arrested for a period of 15 days from today i.e. upto 2nd December, 1997.
