the case discussed about powers of the attorney wherein there was an inconsistency between the powers given and the submissions made - the petitioner, allottee executed power of attorney and was authorized to let out premises and to sell it off and open new business in the said premises - the court ruled that the powers of the attorney were inconsistent with the submissions made by the counsel of the petitioner - it was contended that in view of notice, the government of india decided to grant ownership right according to prescribed terms and conditions in respect of certain markets - on enquiry, it was found that the notice had not covered the case of the applicant - the applicant had also not applied for regularization - the court ruled that with regard to the powers of the attorney and the powers given, the impugned order was unassailable. - s.n. kapoor, j.1. heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. i have very carefully gone through the impugned judgment seeing the power of attorney, the powers given there under no exception can be taken to the impugned order. consequently, i do not find any merit in this petition. it is dismissed accordingly.
