Moreover, it appears that this petitioner is in search of automatic audio announcement and display digital facility with regard to the upcoming bus stoppage, opening and closing of doors etc. similar to the facilities available with the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation. Regarding such type of prayers, before filing this writ petition, a representation should have been made by the petitioner before the respondents. Even otherwise also, such type of prayers cannot be granted because it all depends on the expertise of the respondents as to whether such type of facilities can be added/incorporated in the existing buses. Moreover, this also involves a policy decision to be taken by the respondents.

3. Hence, we see no reason to entertain this writ petition. Nonetheless, we direct respondents to treat this writ petition as a representation, look into the prayers of the petitioner in this writ petition and act in accordance with law.
