2. Respondent had filed the subject eviction petition seeking eviction of the petitioner on the ground of bonafide necessity under Section 14(1) (e) of the Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958, from shop at ground floor forming part of property No.1468, Gali No.24, Naiwala, Karol Bagh, New Delhi-110005, more particularly shown in red RC.REV. 416/2019 Page 1 of 2 colour in the site plan annexed with the petition.
