seeks regular bail in FIR No.369/2018 under sections 4
IPC Police Station New Ashok Nagar.

2. The allegations in the FIR are that the co-accused in connivance with each other took money from the complainants for getting them employment in a restaurant of Fiji Islands. The role ascribed to the petitioner is that she had introduced one of the complainants with another co-accused who was alleged to own a restaurant in Fiji Islands.

3. It is alleged that interview was conducted by all four accused BAIL APPLN. 2137/2018 Page 1 of 3 including the petitioner and thereafter, assurance was given that job would be secured in a restaurant in Fiji Islands. When no such employment was given, complaints have been lodged.

4. It is informed that investigation is complete and charge sheet has already been filed.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a lady having three children, their ages are 19, 15 and 14 years respectively, out of which two of them are studying in school and one girl is aged 19 years and there is no other member to look after the family as her husband is also co-accused in the present case and lodged in jail. She is in custody since 26.07.2018.

6. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that there is no allegation that petitioner has received any money and further the person to whom petitioner had introduced the complainant runs a restaurant in Fiji Islands.

7. Without commenting on the merits of the case and on perusal of the documents on record, I am satisfied that petitioner has made out a case for grant of regular bail.

8. On petitioner furnishing a bail bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court, petitioner be released on bail, if not required in any other case. The petitioner shall not do anything that may prejudice the trial or the BAIL APPLN. 2137/2018 Page 2 of 3 prosecution witnesses. The petitioner shall not leave the country without prior permission of the trial court.

9. Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
