The petitioners seeks quashing of similar orders all dated 25.04.2018 whereby the learned trial court has directed listing of the application of the petitioner filed under Section 102 of the Cr. P.C. along with the protest petition filed by the complainant challenging the closure report. The proceedings are listed tomorrow before the Trial Court for arguments.
2. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner(s) contends that the matter has earlier been listed twice and the same is not taken up for disposal.
3. Keeping in view the fact that the closure report was filed and the application of the petitioners for release of the bank accounts has been pending since 03.01.2018, the trial court is directed to expeditiously dispose of the same in accordance with law.
4. The petitions are disposed of in the above terms. It is clarified that the court has neither considered nor opined on the merits of the contentions of the parties.
