ORDER

(ORAL) By way of this petition, a mandamus is sought to first respondent to 1. pay post-retiral benefits including pension and commuted value of pension to petitioner as per ‘Self-contributory Superannuation Benefits (Pension) Scheme, 1995’ with effect from 1st July, 2013 alongwith interest and also to pay adequate compensation to petitioner on account of non-payment of post- retiral benefits to him from July, 2013.

2. For the relief claimed in this petition, petitioner has not approached the respondents. Let petitioner do so by way of a representation. Mr.Arun K.Sinha, Advocate submits on behalf of petitioner that Representation has to be made to second respondent.
