(ORAL) CM No.18216/2017 (exemption) Allowed, subject to all just exceptions. W.P.(C) 4154/2017 & CM No.18215/2017(interim relief) 1. The petitioner, by the present petition, seeks a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the pending application for WP(C) 4154/2017 Page 1 of 2 registration made by the petitioner under Section 9 of the Insecticides Act, 1968.

2. Issue notice. Notice is accepted by the learned counsel appearing for respondent No.1.

3. Learned counsel for the respondent No.1 submits that there are certain deficiencies in the application and till the deficiencies are cured, the applications cannot be considered.

4. The petition is disposed of directing the respondents to communicate the deficiencies to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today.

5. On the deficiencies being pointed out, the petitioner shall rectify the same within two weeks thereafter to the satisfaction of the respondents.

6. On the petitioner rectifying all the deficiencies, the respondents shall dispose of all the applications expeditiously in accordance within law.
