[ respondent ].this writ petition is filed under article 226 of the constitution of india praying for the issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondent from levying charges towards premium fsi based on the revised guideline value for the property being developed by the petitioner in old survey no.174/1,2,4, 177/4 part, 177/5, 5b, 5c, 6 and 8 part, t.s.no.14/2, 98/2, 99/1,2,3, 100, 106, 109, block no.4, ward 'c' of zamin pallavaram village, pallavaram municipality of an extent of 1,28,353.01 sq.ft. and based on the guideline value as it existed on 1.12.2011 when the application in reference no.b1/20947/2011 dated 1.12.2011 was submitted by the petitioner seeking sanction for planning permission. for petitioner : mr.j.nandagopal for respondents : mr.p.tamil mani order the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner had submitted that the writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn. he had also made an endorsement to that effect. in view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. no costs......
