application has been filed for withdrawing the appeal as the matter has been compromised.
The appellant – Anil Kumar, who is the 'victim' filed the present appeal against the judgment and order dated 22.11.2013 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Panipat whereby the respondents No.1 to 14 had been acquitted of the charges framed against them for the offences punishable under Sections 120B, 148; 452, 364, 323, 392, 302 read with Sections 149, 120B and Section 216 IPC.

The present Criminal Misc.
application has been filed stating that the parties belong to the same village and reside together in the village.
Therefore, the appellant does not want to pursue the present appeal further and prays for withdrawing the same.
After giving our thoughtful consideration to the matter, it may be noticed that respondents No.1 to 14 had been acquitted by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Panipat of the charges framed against them.
The appeal has been filed by the 'victim'.
The parties belong to the same village.
Therefore, it would be just and expedient, in order to maintain peace and harmony in the village, that the appellant is permitted to withdraw the present appeal.

application is allowed as prayed for and the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
