(ORAL) This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C for issuance of a direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner from the hands of respondent No.4 to 8.

On 11.08.2014, the following order was passed:- “By this petition the petitioner has demanded security from her family.

The allegation is that she was married as per the wishes of her family but against her wishes.

She could not adjust in her marriage life and so came back from her in- laws home to her parental home.

It is stated that she is also carrying a child.

It is further asserted that her family wants her to resume her matrimonial relations which she is opposed to.

In view of the parental pressure she left her parental house also ( which is stated to be in village Ghiray SANJAY KHAN201408.20 10:19 I attest to the accuracy and near Hansi town) and shifted to Hisar where she is living in integrity of this document C.R.M-M-No.27061 of 2014 (O&M) 2 rented accommodation.

It is further stated that she fears that her family might eliminate her.

In this connection, she is stated to have made a representation to the Superintendent of Police, Hisar.

Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Ms.Shruti Goyal, Assistant Advocate, General, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents No.1 to 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has supplied a copy of the petition to the learned AAG today in Court itself.

Adjourned to 14.08.2014.”

Learned Assistant Advocate General on instructions from Sohan Lal ASI states that the Investigating Officer had contacted the parents of the petitioner who have accepted the fact that the petitioner had got married and had thereafter left her husband and had come home and then again left her home also.
