(ORAL) This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of concession of pre-arrest bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.54 dated 23.05.2014 registered at Police Station Amloh, District Fatehgarh Sahib, under Sections 406, 420, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
On 17.06.2014 following order was passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court: “Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioneRs.Balwinder Singh Kumar Parveen 2014.08.02 15:46 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document CRM-M-20684 of 2014 -2- and Harpreet Kaur, who have been booked for having committed the offences punishable under Sections 120-B, 406 and 420, IPC, in a case arising out of FIR No.54, dated 23.5.2014, registered at Police Station, Amloh, District Fatehgarh Sahib.
Learned counsel contends that even if the whole case of the prosecution is taken at its face value, then also the ingredients of the offences for which the petitioners have been booked, are not attracted.
He further contends that a dispute of civil nature has been given the colour of a criminal case.
Notice of motion for 1.8.2014.
Meantime, in the event of their arrest, the petitioners shall be released on ad-interim bail, subject to furnishing of personal bonds by each one of them in the sum of `25,000/- with one surety in the like amount, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer.
The petitioners shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions laid down under Section 438(2).Cr.P.C.”

Learned counsel for the petitioners has filed compromise which has been effected between the petitioners and complainant.
The compromise is taken on record.
On instructions from the investigating officer, learned State counsel informs that petitioners have joined the investigation and compromise has been effected between the parties.
