Petitioner Ritu has filed this petition against State of Haryana and other respondents under Section 482 Cr.P.C.for issuance of direction to official respondents No.2 to 5 to hand over the investigation of case FIR No.200 dated 15.04.2013 registered under Sections 302, 328, 147 and 148 IPC relating to P.S.Assandh, Karnal to any other independent agency like Crime Branch of C.I.D.Notice of motion was issued and reply was filed by respondents No.1 to 5.
I have gone through the record and have heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned State Counsel.
From the record, I find that as per order dated 31.01.2014, VINEET GULATI201408.01 16:37 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh CRM No.M-23709 of 2013 -2- learned State counsel, after obtaining instructions from Inspector Yad Ram, State Crime Branch, Haryana stated that investigation of the case has now been taken over by the Crime Branch and said Inspector Yad Ram is conducting the investigation and also stated that the result of the Polygraph test is still awaited.
Today again, Inspector Ajit Singh Crime Branch is present and he states that investigation is being conducted by the Crime Branch and the case of the present FIR has already been transferred to Crime Branch for investigation.
As the petitioner is asking for the relief to transfer the investigation of FIR No.200 dated 15.04.2013 to some independent agency like Crime Branch or C.I.D.and the investigation, as per order dated 31.01.2014, has already been entrusted to the Crime Branch, therefore, the present petition has rendered infructuous.
According, the present petition stands dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
