This petition has been filed for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to release the balance payment of `8,05,00,000/- qua the works, which were allotted to the petitioner.

Vide work order dated 28.02.2014, certain works were allotted to the petitioner, details of which, have been given in para Nos.2 and 3 of the petition.

The petitioner has completed the said works to the satisfaction of the respondents.

Out of the total amount, a sum of `1,20,00,000/- has been paid to the petitioner, but the balance payment has not been released till date.

In this regard, the petitioner has given a representation dated 07.06.2014 (Annexure P-1).but no action has been taken thereon till date.
