(Oral) Instant writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing of order dated 16.08.2004 (Annexure P/4) passed by Tehsildar (Sales)-cum-Managing Director - respondent no.4, whereby application of the petitioners with regard to allotment of Rakba has been dismissed.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioners argued that the ancestors of the petitioners had migrated from Pakistan during partition of the Kumar Virender 2014.07.15 17:51 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document CWP No.9936 of 2014 2 country and were allotted 16-8 ¼ standard acres of land.

The valuation of the same was not properly made at that point of time.

The inferior quality of land was allotted vide allotment letter No.KN-1/120/15 dated 14.02.1950.

After considerable delay, present writ petition has been filed for making the alleged deficiency good.
