.....late fateh din. c.m.no.4776-c of 2014 and rsa-503-1989 (o&m) and c.m.no.4779-c of 2014 in rsa-1560 of 2001 (o&m) an application has been filed under order 23 rule 3 read with section 151 cpc wherein it has been prayed that this appeal be disposed of along with rs.no.1560 of 2001 (smt. sakina etc.versus amrit singh etc.) in terms of the compromise dated 06.01.2014 (annexure a-1) arrived at between the parties and the respondents. sh. avtar singh son of sh. lehna singh is present and he represents other appellants also, whereas on behalf of respondents aslam, munshi, mauldin and asghar sons of late sh. fateh din, residents of village taharpur kalan, tehsil chhachhrauli, district yamunanagfar are present in court. both the parties stated that they have compromised the matter and they would be bound by the compromise aforementioned and the appeal be disposed of in terms of the compromise annexure a-1 and the decree in this regard be prepared. their statements have also been recorded today in court. satyawan 2014.07.10 14:13 "i attested to the accuracy and integrity of this document" high court chandigarh rsa-503-1989 (o&m) -3- hearing the learned counsel for the parties as well as.....

(ORAL) C.M.No.4473-C of 2014 in RSA-503-1989 This is an application for substituting respondents No.2 to 5 as legal representatives of deceased respondent No.1, namely, Sakina wife of late Sh.

Fateh Din, sole deceased respondent.

Satyawan 2014.07.10 14:13 It has been averred that Fateh Din died way back on "I attested to the accuracy and integrity of this document" High Court Chandigarh RSA-503-1989 (O&M) -2- 16.7.1992 leaving behind his legal representatives, namely Sakina w/o late Fateh Din, Munshi, Mauldin, Aslam and Asghar sons of late Shri Fateh Din.

They were made legal representatives vide C.M.No.1-C of 1992 vide order dated 13.8.1992.

Now Sakina has also expired leaving behind her sons namely Munshi, Mauldin, Aslam and Asghar.

The aforementioned persons, namely, Munshi, Mauldin, Aslam and Asghar are now substituted as legal representatives of the deceased respondent No.1 Smt.

Sakina w/o late Fateh Din.

C.M.No.4776-C of 2014 and RSA-503-1989 (O&M) and C.M.No.4779-C of 2014 in RSA-1560 of 2001 (O&M) An application has been filed under Order 23 Rule 3 read with Section 151 CPC wherein it has been prayed that this appeal be disposed of along with Rs.No.1560 of 2001 (Smt.

Fateh Din, residents of village Taharpur Kalan, Tehsil Chhachhrauli, District Yamunanagfar are present in Court.

Both the parties stated that they have compromised the matter and they would be bound by the compromise aforementioned and the appeal be disposed of in terms of the compromise Annexure A-1 and the decree in this regard be prepared.

Their statements have also been recorded today in court.

Decree shall be prepared in terms of the compromise dated 6.1.2014 (Annexure A-1) in both the aforementioned cases.

A photocopy of this order be placed on the file of connected case.
