The petitioner is seeking a writ of certiorari for quashing the order dated 30.03.2010 (Annexure P-2) passed by the Commissioner, Ambala and order dated 22.01.2009 (Annexure P-1) passed by the Collector, Thanesar, District Kurukshetra, whereby the petitioner has been evicted from shop No.29, situated at Babain Road, Ladwa, on account of non payment/arrears of rent.

Vide order dated 26.04.2013 passed by this Court, the respondents were directed to file an affidavit stating, “whether the rent had been paid by the petitioner and whether the State still insisted on the implementation of the order of eviction passed under the Haryana Public Prasher Ajay 2014.07.03 16:44 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document High Court Chandigarh Civil Writ Petition No.17702 of 2010 (O&M) 2 Premises Act, 1972.”
