REKHA MITTAL, J.(ORAL) Respondent No.1 is not present despite service.

Ms.Loveleen Dhaliwal Singla, Sr.DAG, Haryana has put in appearance on behalf of respondent No.2.

Reply by way of affidavit of Dalbir Singh, Assistant Commissioner of Police, DLF, Gurgaon on behalf of respondent No.2, filed in the Court is taken on record.

Counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner appeared before the trial Court in pursuance of order dated March 28, 2014 passed by this Court and has been released on bail on 11.04.2014.

He has already deposited Rs.10,000/- in the Legal Services Authority in compliance with the aforesaid order.

It is further argued that the petitioner is ready to face trial without any default.
