Reply by way of affidavit of Dalbir Singh, Assistant Commissioner of Police, DLF, Gurgaon on behalf of respondent No.2, filed in the Court is taken on record.
Counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner appeared before the trial Court in pursuance of order dated March 28, 2014 passed by this Court and has been released on bail on 11.04.2014.
He has already deposited Rs.10,000/- in the Legal Services Authority in compliance with the aforesaid order.
It is further argued that the petitioner is ready to face trial without any default.

Counsel for respondent No.2 has submitted that since the present case relates involving dispute inter se between the private parties, the State of Haryana has nothing much to submit to contest the plea of the petitioner.
I have heard counsel for the parties and perused the records.
Keeping in view the submissions made by counsel for the petitioner coupled with undertaking given by counsel that the petitioner would face proceedings in accordance with law without any default, the petition stands disposed of.
