(ORAL) Prayer in this petition is for grant of bail pending trial to Aamin son of Rahmat and Sahid son of Jamil, residents of village Andhrola, District Palwal, presently confined in District Jail, Faridabad.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that though the petitioners have been named in the FIR, but no specific role is attributed to them and as per the medical evidence Islamuddin @ Islam died due to “ Ischaemic Heart Disease”.

Vide order dated 04.06.2014 similarly situated Co.accused Fazru and Jamil have been released on bail.

In the absence of any distinguishing feature much less any specific allegation directed against the appellants, the application is allowed, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail subject to their furnishing bail bonds to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate Ist Class/Duty Magistrate, Palwal.
